





Ball & Chain Big Red Long Lunch 2025
The Ball & Chain "Big Red" Long Lunch is back by popular demand. Being a regular mid-year event for Budburst we mark the season with a red wine dominated lunch (there is one white) and the focus is matching the menu with some of my favourite wines this year.
Craig at the Ball & Chain took on a new Brazilian Chef this year and he's started smoking meats in-house with really exciting, taste sensation results, which will be one of the highlight dishes, alongside the famous steaks of course.
I will be presenting each of the wines. Matching wine and food is one of my favourite things to do and I'll share my thoughts about each combo with you as well.
