This Winter edition consists of
1. Rivulet Chardonnay is a chardonnay for relaxed, easy drinking with friends and family. Uncomplicated and versatile, it's a fresh and vibrant wine with delicious stone fruit, fig and citrus flavours and clotted cream on the finish. Handpicked and handmade with care and skill, it reflects place and season.
Region: Tamar Valley, Tasmania
2. The Bream Creek Field Blend is an aromatic, off-dry Tasmanian white that co-ferments the rare German variety Schönburger with fruit from Bream Creek's original 1974 Riesling vines. Bursting with fragrant jasmine, gardenia and spring blossom aromas, the palate reveals vibrant flavours of ripe grapefruit, honeydew melon, rockmelon, Golden Delicious apple and a touch of wet-stone minerality. A gentle natural sweetness is beautifully balanced by bright, refreshing acidity, creating a wine that is luscious yet crisp, with a long, clean finish that makes it equally enjoyable as an aperitif or paired with spicy Asian cuisine, fresh seafood or soft cheeses.
Region: East Coast, Tasmania
3. Pooley Pinot Grigio is a vibrant and refreshing white wine from Tasmania, Australia. It showcases crisp citrus and green apple aromas with delicate floral notes. The palate is bright with zesty acidity, pear, and stone fruit flavors. A subtle minerality adds depth and elegance to the finish. Perfect for pairing with seafood, light pastas, or fresh salads.
Region: Coal River Valley, Tasmania
3 new delicious Tassie Pinot Noirs sent to your home automatically, every 3 months.
This Winter edition consists of
Bream Creek Pinot Noir has a concentration of fruit characters with red cherries and black berries. It maintains its fruit weight through the mid palate with flavours of licorice and dried thyme, with gamey and forrest floor influences. Finely grained tannins and a mild dose of acidity that offers balance and backbone to this wine, that should see it continue to develop in the cellar through to 2032. Matches well alongside Venison Fillet with a blackberry sauce.
Region: Coal River Valley, Tasmania
2. Highclare Estate Pinot Noir is a refined Tasmanian red with elegance and poise. It opens with bright aromas of cherry, raspberry, and subtle spice. The palate is silky and layered, showing red fruits, earthy notes, and gentle oak. Fine tannins and fresh acidity provide balance and structure.
A graceful wine with depth, length, and cellaring potential.
Region: Tamar Valley, Tasmania
3. Bangor Spotswood Pinot Noir displays red cherry fruits with a sprinkling of raspberries providing a lovely fruit combo. Subtle spice, dried herbs and a subtle toasty oak influence is enhanced by rose petals and minerality, which then takes you to a finish of moderate and fine tannins with some acidity adding a touch freshness as well. Match with ravioli ragout or pork loin tacos.
Region: East Coast, Tasmania
3 new superior Tassie Pinot Noirs sent to your home automatically, every 3 months.
This Winter edition consists of
1.Utzinger Estate Pinot Noir is a full flavoured Pinot Noir with Vibrant blueberries and red cherry fruits. A textured velvety mid palate showing spiced orange peel, toasty oak influence, violet flowers, hint of cocoa, and finely grained tannins provide backbone and structure. This wine is still a baby with youthful exuberance that will integrate beautifully and reward further with time in the cellar between now and 2030.
Region: Tamar Valley, Tasmania
2. Pooley Estate Pinot Noir from Tasmania’s Coal River Valley is a refined cool-climate expression, opening with lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry with hints of violet and subtle spice. The palate is elegant and finely structured, showing pure red fruit, fresh acidity and a silky, medium-bodied flow. Fine tannins provide gentle grip and definition without weight, keeping the wine poised and energetic. A subtle savoury, mineral edge builds complexity through the mid-palate. The finish is long, graceful and precise, with excellent balance and early drinkability alongside short-term cellaring potential.
Region: Coal River Valleys, Tasmania
3.Dawson James Island Belle Pinot Noir is a vibrant, cool-climate Tasmanian Pinot Noir that offers lifted aromas of black cherry, red plum and rose petals, complemented by subtle whole-bunch spice and delicate savoury notes. On the palate, it is silky and beautifully balanced, with juicy red berry flavours, a creamy texture, fine tannins and fresh natural acidity that carries through to a long, elegant finish. More approachable and fruit-forward than the winery's flagship Pinot Noir, Island Belle retains the precision and finesse for which Dawson James is renowned, making it an excellent match for duck, roast pork, mushroom dishes or grilled salmon.
Region: Multi-Regional, Tasmania
