1. Rivulet Riesling is a vibrant Tasmanian white with crisp acidity and bright citrus aromas.
Flavours of lime, green apple, and zesty citrus are complemented by slate-like minerality.
Minimal-intervention winemaking enhances its purity and tension-driven palate.

Sonnen Chardonnay is a small batch, minimal intervention Chardonnay, having undergone wild-ferment and aged sur-lie in large puncheons, giving the wine a fine, layered texture with lively acidity and pronounced fruit character. 3. Bream Creek Pinot Gris has lovely fruit characters of nashi pears and red apples with the refreshing zest of juicy limes. The mid palate provides you with secondary flavours of rosehip water, lychees and white flowers that lead you towards a lingering finish of moderate acidity and spice of cumquat. It's a very good match with Tandori Chicken or Korean BBQ Tacos.

Brinktop Pinot Noir has a concentration of fruit characters with red cherries and black berries. It maintains its fruit weight through the mid palate with flavours of licorice and dried thyme, with gamey and forrest floor influences. Finely grained tannins and a mild dose of acidity that offers balance and backbone to this wine, that should see it continue to develop in the cellar through to 2032. Matches well alongside Venison Fillet with a blackberry sauce.

1.Bangor Spotswood Pinot Noir displays red cherry fruits with a sprinkling of raspberries providing a lovely fruit combo. Subtle spice, dried herbs and a subtle toasty oak influence is enhanced by rose petals and minerality, which then takes you to a finish of moderate and fine tannins with some acidity adding a touch freshness as well. Match with ravioli ragout or pork loin tacos.

2. Apsley Gorge Pinot Noir is a benchmark Tasmanian wine crafted from low-yielding, estate-grown fruit. It is silky and textured through the mid palate with savoury herbs of dried thyme, violet flowers, almonds, mandarins and wild shitake mushrooms. The finish provides a balanced level of refined tannins and acid that offers a touch of spice making this a wine that is already showing a harmonious character that you normally expect from a wine with longer bottle age. Subscriptions are available to most areas around Australia and selected shipping rates apply
You can Cancel your subscription anytime via the account page that will be created for you
Discount Codes and other promotional offers, are not applicable for subscription packs
All wines are available at the time of the new subscription release cycle and will be sent to existing members. If a wine becomes unavailable after the release date, these wines may be exchanged for a wine of similar quality and/or style, for new subscribers, but we will inform you prior to sending the wine.
