1.   Home Hill Landslide Pinot Noir is a highly regarded Tasmanian wine, known for its depth and elegance. It opens with rich aromas of dark cherry, plum, and raspberry, layered with earthy, forest floor notes and a hint of spice. The palate is complex and velvety, featuring fine tannins and balanced acidity that carry the intense dark fruit flavors. Subtle oak influence adds hints of vanilla and cedar, leading to a long, graceful finish. This Pinot Noir pairs wonderfully with roasted meats, game, and mushroom-based dishes, showcasing the finesse of Tasmanian Pinot Noir.

2.     Atom Pinot Noir The Atom Pinot Noir displays a concentration of fruit flavour made up of red cherries and blue berries. The mid palate has weight and texture with rounded spiced oak influences, cocoa, pomegranate and violet flowers which finishes with fine tannins as well as some freshness of balanced acidity. Match with grilled Eye Fillet or a Brie Cheese

3.  Brinktop Pinot Noir has a concentration of fruit characters with red cherries and black berries. It maintains its fruit weight through the mid palate with flavours of licorice and dried thyme, with gamey and forrest floor influences. Finely grained tannins and a mild dose of acidity that offers balance and backbone to this wine, that should see it continue to develop in the cellar through to 2032. Matches well alongside Venison Fillet with a blackberry sauce.
