This Autumn edition consists of

1. Rivulet Riesling is a vibrant Tasmanian white with crisp acidity and bright citrus aromas.
Flavours of lime, green apple, and zesty citrus are complemented by slate-like minerality.
Minimal-intervention winemaking enhances its purity and tension-driven palate.
The wine has a textured, fresh mouthfeel with a long, mouthwatering finish.
Pairs beautifully with light, fresh dishes or subtly acidic foods.

2. Sonnen Chardonnay is a small batch, minimal intervention Chardonnay, having undergone wild-ferment and aged sur-lie in large puncheons, giving the wine a fine, layered texture with lively acidity and pronounced fruit character. Yellow stone fruits and bright citrus, complemented by delicate savoury spice and a mineral-etched, elegant mid-palate, reflecting the cool Derwent/Tamar Valley terroir and the winery’s focus on expressive, food-friendly

3. Bream Creek Pinot Gris has lovely fruit characters of nashi pears and red apples with the refreshing zest of juicy limes. The mid palate provides you with secondary flavours of rosehip water, lychees and white flowers that lead you towards a lingering finish of moderate acidity and spice of cumquat.  It's a very good match with Tandori Chicken or Korean BBQ Tacos.

A new subscription pack is delivered to your home, every 3 months, curated by Joe to ensure consistent quality

We send your first subscription order straight away, with subsequent shipments, sent three months after your first order anniversary. If you order within 14 days of the next subscription roll-out, then we will check with you whether you want the old or new pack.

Bud Club Subscriptions will be automatically charged and start rolling out from the 1st of March, June, September & December and shipped to you.

Subscriptions are available to most areas around Australia (excluding Darwin and Australian Regional Areas) and selected shipping rates apply to Tasmania, Capital Cities, Major Population Centres and Perth
