1.Freycinet Pinot Noir maintains a style and standing that we have been accustomed to from this outstanding vineyard and the wine shows off a concentration of fruit of dark berries and plums that provide for a generous entry. the mid palate maintains that integrity with of flavour with notes of coffee, pomegranate and well spiced oak character, that lead to finely grained tannins on exit.

2. Bream Creek Pinot Noir - This wine is a familiar style of the Bream Creek Pinot Noir in that it provides you with a generous fruit flavour on entry with juicy red cherries and plump blue berries. It has a savoury and gamey character through the mid palate, with a viscous texture that reveals notes of undergrowth, fennel, thyme and  violet flowers alongside subtle spiced oak characters. The finish is supported by expressive, finely grained tannins that give this wine backbone and strength to see this wine develop well into the 2030s. Match with seared rare venison or pork cutlets

A new subscription pack is delivered to your home, every 3 months, curated by Joe to ensure consistent quality

We send your first subscription order straight away, with subsequent shipments, sent three months after your first order anniversary. If you order within 14 days of the next subscription roll-out, then we will check with you whether you want the old or new pack.

Bud Club Subscriptions will be automatically charged and start rolling out from the 1st of March, June, September & December and shipped to you.
