This single site Chardonnay has is origins on Tasmania's NW Coast, also referred to, by Tourism Tasmania as the Cradle Coast. It's fruit forward with generous flavours of white peaches with integrated juicy limes. The mid palate is textured with hints of vanilla beans, quince, minerals and a touch of spiced oak that leads to a long and crisp finish. Match with with a creamy Asparugus Risotto or an aged Cheddar.
