The Spotswood Pinot Noir displays red cherry fruits with a sprinkling of raspberries providing a lovely fruit combo.  Subtle spice, dried herbs and a subtle toasty oak influence is enhanced by rose petals and minerality, which then takes you to a finish of moderate and fine tannins with some acidity adding a touch freshness as well. Match with ravioli ragout or pork loin tacos.
