This Pinot Gris has lovely fruit characters of nashi pears and red apples with the refreshing zest of juicy limes. The mid palate provides you with secondary flavours of rosehip water, lychees and white flowers that lead you towards a lingering finish of moderate acidity and spice of cumquat.  It's a very good match with Tandori Chicken or Korean BBQ Tacos.
