This Brinktop Rose is predominantly made from Pinot Noir with cool climate Syrah blended in, and displays subtle fruit characters of wild raspberries and watermelon. The wine has complexity through secondary flavours that present in the form of a spicy tang, floral Rose petals, some dried herbs of oregano and minerality which leads to a clean and refreshing acidity to finish. It matches well with raw Tuna Sashimi or Spanish Seafood Paella
