About Broad Arrow Wines

Broad Arrow Wines is a boutique Tasmanian label based at Spikey Bridge Vineyard in Relbia, just outside Launceston in the Tamar Valley. Founded by Ros and Martin Rees, alongside Katie and winemaker Jeremy Dineen, the winery embraces both the convict heritage of its site and the pristine cool-climate conditions of northern Tasmania. With Jeremy’s extensive winemaking background, including senior roles at Josef Chromy and training under respected Tasmanian mentor Andrew Hood, Broad Arrow combines deep regional knowledge with a focus on crafting elegant, expressive wines that highlight the purity of fruit and natural acidity for which the island state is renowned.

The range includes classic cool-climate varieties such as Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and their elegant NV Tamar Cuvée sparkling. Each wine reflects a philosophy of balance and refinement, with crisp aromatics, textural depth, and food-friendly freshness at the core of their style. Broad Arrow Wines are widely recognised for delivering a true sense of place, capturing both the character of the Tamar Valley and Tasmania’s reputation as a leading region for premium sparkling and aromatic varieties. Their wines are enjoyed locally in Tasmania’s dining scene and distributed more broadly across the Australian mainland.
