This Bourgogne Gamay is sourced from the Beaujolais and made using the Burgundian method. It displays flavours of red cherries and wild raspberries. Rose petals provide an aromatic lift with a little spice, dried herbs and a subtle influence of wet slate. It's very drinkable and the finish displays a clean and lingering level of acidity. It's a perfect match to charcuterie and is also suited to rich flavoured seafood dishes.
