About Clover Hill Wines
Clover Hill is one of Australia’s very few premium sparkling houses solely producing sparkling wines in the traditional method. We have adopted an anchoring multi-vintage philosophy: a single-minded dedication to crafting wines of perennial consistency and complexity.
Though inspired by their French Champagne heritage, Clover Hill Tasmanian sparkling house has evolved a style based on the unique conditions of Pipers River terroir. Clover Hill has developed a collection of sparkling wines known for
boutique excellence, prestigious Australian and international awards, and critical acclaim.
Clover Hill is planted solely with the traditional sparkling wine varieties of Chardonnay (13 hectares/32 acres), Pinot Noir (7 hectares/22 acres) and Pinot Meunier (1.24 hectares/3 acres).
