It it quite silky and textural through the mid palate costing the tongue with notes of chocolate, coconut, violet flowers and thyme. The finish provides firmness and structure through drying and expressive tannins. Its still ultra youthful for a 5yo and has a long life ahead still in the cellar and I can see this still drinking beautifully as a 20yo.
