Fruit is sourced from three vineyards around Tasmania. A combination of the NW Coast, Derwent Valley and Coal River Valley which was picked between 11.4 and 12.2 Baume. The resulting wine is one of generous fruit flavour of citrus fruits and Golden Delicious apples alongside honeysuckles. Quince and a mineral edge add complexity through the middle as tightly bound acidity produces an ultra long and well spiced finish.
