This Little Giant from a single Barossa Vineyard is made in a tradionally fuller style with a rich mouthful of flavour displaying black plums and cherries. The mid palate maintains weight and depth with cocoa and luscious spiced vanillan oak influences and some earthy undertones which lead to a finish with mildly grained tannins. It pairs exceptionally well with classic roast beef and horseradish.
