This Little Yering Shiraz typifies the characteristics of cool climate Shiraz, being medium bodied with bright Red cherry fruits and black currants. Add some savoury characters of white pepper and pomegranate with plenty of spice, wet stone and orange peel which leads to a lingering finish of fine tannins and moderate acidity. It would be a great match with smokey pulled pork or BBQ'd ribs
