Lost in Asia - Long Lunch
“Lost in Asia” is an exciting new project by our very good friends from Bar Wa Izakaya. Hobart’s newest Restaurant has only opened this month and Budburst is privileged to play a part, of their new launch.
You're in for a treat with a specially designed 4 course Long Lunch and the menu looks fantastic.
Another one of our good friends Jonny Hughes, from Hughes & Hughes and Mewstone wines will be presenting selection of his fabulous wines specifically matched to the dishes and I will be presenting some contrasting wines as well.
