It's a blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Viognier and Rousanne and shows of a generous fruit component of white peaches and tropical fruits. It has a textured mid palate with notes of white flowers, wet stone and lemon curd, which finishes with moderate acidity and spice. Ideal with Mediteranean Chicken dishes or a Camembert Cheese
