Crafted in the traditional method from predominantly Pinot Noir with a small portion of Pinot Meunier sourced from a single vineyard in the Tamar Valley, the wine spent around five years on lees before being disgorged with no dosage, giving it a beautifully pure, bone-dry style. Fine bubbles carry layers of citrus zest, red apple, brioche and chalky mineral notes, while the palate is tense, saline and energetic, finishing long and remarkably clean.
