This Tempranillo is a full bodied version of the variety with luscious plums and concentrated black cherries providing generousity of flavour on entry. Licorice, dark chocolate, spiced oak and gamey characters are intertwined with a hint of mint and thyme which then lead you to a finish of fine tannins and cleansing acid balance, which should see this wine continue to develop in the cellar until 3035. It also benefited from an hours breathing before serving. Serve with Smoked Spanish Chorizo
