The Atom Entropic White Blend 2024
The Entropic blend changes from one vintage to the next and this 2024 version is a blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling. The fruit component leans towards the Pinot Gris variety with ripe pears and pink Lady apples. It has an element of musk that imparts itself on a textured mid palate including a hint of quince, white flowers which finishes with a little spice and moderate acidity. It's a good match for Chili Prawns or Thai Green Chicken Curry.
